Balcony solar system configuration for distributor OEM supply

Distributor System Package

Balcony Solar Kit OEM for Distributors

A distributor-ready kit is a controlled system, not a carton of unrelated parts. TMG can help align the module count, microinverter, cables, monitoring, packaging and destination-market documentation before sampling.

Package formats

2-in-1 and 4-in-1 starting configurations

Module format

Flexible lightweight PV modules

Monitoring

Smart Life through the selected microinverter

Qualification boundary

A useful starting point, with the unknowns left visible.

Plug type, connection method, allowable output, mounting and notification rules vary by market. The responsible importer and installer must confirm local requirements.

Build the kit around one frozen configuration

The commercial package should be released only after the module, inverter, accessories, instructions and carton contents are treated as one controlled BOM.

Review output

What the first engineering response should contain.

  • 2-in-1 or 4-in-1 configuration proposal
  • Controlled cable and accessory BOM
  • Carton-content and spare-parts list
  • Manual/label language gap review
  • Sample packing and handover checklist
01

Define the destination channel

Share the country, customer type, mounting concept, target output and retail carton requirements.

02

Approve the complete kit sample

Evaluate electrical matching, physical installation, monitoring, accessories and instructions together.

03

Pilot the handover process

Confirm carton inspection, installer/customer guidance, account transfer and support responsibilities before volume.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Can the kit use a local plug and cable length?

Those items can be reviewed as project requirements, but electrical ratings, approved component families and local connection rules must be confirmed before the BOM is released.

Is the maximum inverter output automatically permitted in every country?

No. Product capability and local plug-in generation limits are different questions. Confirm the destination-market connection procedure.

Can packaging and manuals carry our distributor brand?

Private-label packaging and documents can be discussed once required legal information, safety warnings, model traceability and approval responsibilities are defined.
