TMG microinverter manufacturing workspace for OEM distributor projects

OEM & Distribution

OEM Microinverter Supply for Distributors

Start with the target market, PV module and sales configuration. TMG can then narrow the platform, define a sample BOM and identify the documents that still need market-specific confirmation before branding or volume production.

Qualification boundary

A useful starting point, with the unknowns left visible.

OEM scope, minimum order quantity, warranty, certification coverage, labeling and delivery terms are confirmed per model and project. No market approval is implied by this page.

What a distributor should freeze before requesting OEM pricing

A price request becomes actionable when the electrical configuration, destination market and controlled deliverables are clear.

APLV Series

Low-voltage hybrid microinverter

APLV Series

The APLV series combines grid-tied output, independent off-grid output, PV battery charging and scheduled AC reverse charging. Its DAB dual full-bridge topology, full isolation and 16–60 V MPPT range support flexible residential, balcony and distributed energy designs from 400 W to 4,000 W.

APHV Series

High-voltage grid-tied microinverter

APHV Series

The APHV series is designed for high-voltage, low-current PV architectures using crystalline silicon, perovskite and other thin-film modules. Two independent PV inputs, 80–230 V operation and intelligent anti-backflow control create a compact 700–1,000 W grid-tied platform.

Review output

What the first engineering response should contain.

  • Model and module compatibility review
  • Proposed sample BOM and accessory list
  • Available technical-document index
  • Label, manual and packaging gap list
  • Order-release assumptions and open items
01

Share the market and module

Provide the destination country, module datasheet, target output, quantity and channel.

02

Review one controlled sample

Confirm identity, electrical fit, connectors, monitoring, documents and packaging against an agreed test plan.

03

Freeze the production configuration

Release branding and volume only after the BOM, firmware, evidence scope and change controls are signed.

Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions

Can TMG print a distributor brand on the product?

Private-label scope can be discussed, but the label, legal manufacturer information, regulatory marks and model traceability must be approved for the target market before production.

Does an OEM order include every market certificate?

No. Available evidence and its exact model scope must be reviewed against the destination market. Additional testing or registration may be required.

What should be supplied for a first review?

Send the module datasheet, target country, grid voltage, expected annual quantity, preferred product family and required branding or packaging changes.
